Tommy was brought up in the world of fitness by two parents who were both competitive bodybuilders. Tommy spent his teenage years in a gym everyday after school with a trainer/mentor who taught him the importance of proper form/lifting techniques and dieting. He grew up attending numerous bodybuilding competitions, learning from personal experiences in the gym, and from other competitors what cannot be taught in a class. Tommy competed in his first competition in May of 2006 at The NPC Grand Prix Bodybuilding Championships, where he took 3rd place in the Light Heavyweight Novice class, and 5th place in the Light Heavyweight Overall. Tommy specializes in fat loss, the toning of muscle, and believes that success comes out of how much you put in to something.
